GSR Seminar, Social Research and Customer Insight: Working Together, 26th September, 12-2

It is becoming increasingly important to understand the needs, expectations and beliefs of the customer in order to design and deliver services that meet the needs of the population. This seminar will provide an overview of customer insight and provide current examples of where departments have brought insight and social research, and other analysis, together to good effect.
