Platform for progression: employer training pilots - year two evaluation report
The Employer Training Pilots (ETPs) were established in 2002. This evaluation of the pilots aims to assess the extent of the take-up of the ETP offer and examine the key issues affecting how the pilots operate in practice, and the experiences of the participants.
