The CPD handbook incorporates and builds on the GSR Competency Framework, published in 2005. The handbook sets out the seven principles of CPD in GSR and provides the basic tools for planning your professional development, it also enables you to engage directly and simply with the Professional Skills for Government (PSG) framework. The handbook now has interactive fields throughout so you can use it to complete your personal development plan and achievement record on screen.
